Q: My Order Arrived Incorrect/broken
A: If you received any incorrect or broken product PLEASE message us on Etsy @xiaobbinc with a picture. Once your picture is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order was returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or parcel left uncollected, you will be contacted to choose between two options:
- you can pay for shipping again to reship your order.
- We can process a refund minus shipping and packging fee (partial refund).
PACKAGE GOT LOST DURING TRANSIT
Once your package is shipped out, it is under the responsibility of the post office and out of our control. Please contact your local post office for any issues during transit.
